OEC Group in Mexico is seeking a motivated individual for a logistics role focused on managing vendor information and contracts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in International Business and around a year of administrative experience.

Formación

• Around 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Pricing or logistics experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining and updating carrier and vendor information in systems.
• Managing vendor contracts and rate data in FreightStream.
• Generating reports and assisting with market trend analysis.

What You’ll Do

• Maintaining and updating carrier and vendor information in our systems
• Managing vendor contracts and rate data in FreightStream
• Reviewing and updating rate requests in internal tools
• Comparing pricing across trucking providers to ensure competitive rates
• Supporting vendor evaluations based on market trends, service, and pricing
• Keeping tariff databases current, accurate, and easy to access
• Ensuring timely updates of new and revised pricing information
• Collaborating with Sales, Traffic, and Pricing teams on daily requests
• Generating reports and assisting with market trend analysis

We’re looking for someone eager to start their career in logistics and grow with us:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Around 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
• Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
• Pricing or logistics experience is a plus—but not required!

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (CST)
