Qualifications

• Experience in ocean freight operations or related field.
• Basic knowledge of international logistics.
• Experience with CargoWise or similar software is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Ocean Operations team for international ocean shipments.
• Maintain close communication with customers regarding shipment status to ensure excellent service.
• Request status updates from shipping lines, warehouses, and logistics service providers.
• Review, process, and manage documentation for ocean shipments.
• Update shipment milestones and internal records in CargoWise.
