OEC Group is seeking an Admin/Customer Support professional in Mexico. The role focuses on building detailed customer profiles in CargoWise, guiding clients on freight solutions, and coordinating bookings from origin to destination with proactive updates.

The ideal candidate has about 1 year in an administrative role, strong English skills, and solid proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers standard office hours and growth within a global logistics team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in international business or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in an administrative/clerical role preferred (~1 year).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and data accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed internal customer profiles in CargoWise to keep all departments informed.
• Provide guidance to customers and prepare quotations for freight and logistics solutions.
• Coordinate shipment bookings and validate ocean/air freight from origin to destination with timely updates.
• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering excellent service.
• Manage daily communications for assigned accounts and route issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
• Send new shipment bookings to customers and verify all bookings from origin to destination.
• Trace empty containers and manage per diem billing when applicable.
• Follow SOPs with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.
