YQN Logistics in Mexico seeks a proactive Customer Service Specialist to manage import/export operations, including customs declarations and bill of lading releases for sea and air freight.

You will coordinate with service teams, ensure accurate charge recording, and maintain system data while complying with local procedures. Fluency in Spanish and working knowledge of English are required, with at least one year in international ocean freight forwarding.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in international ocean freight forwarding.
• Familiar with local import/export procedures and customs declaration in Mexico.
• Fluent in Spanish with conversational English for daily communication.

Responsabilidades

• Handle operations, customs declaration and bill of lading cargo release for import and export goods in Mexico.
• Be familiar with import and export workflows for sea freight, air freight, special containers and breakbulk vessels.
• Record receivable charges, analyze and confirm payable charges to carriers.
• Cooperate with customer service to provide local order support and system data maintenance.
• Undertake other customer service tasks assigned by the company and supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Associate diploma or above; majors in International Trade, Logistics Management, Business Administration or related fields are preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of customer service experience in international ocean freight forwarding; familiar with local import/export procedures and customs declaration in Mexico.
• Eligible to work in Mexico without restrictions.
• Fluent in Spanish, with conversational English proficiency for daily communication.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, with strong customer service awareness and ability to work under pressure.
