YQN in Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mexico, seeks a logistics customer service specialist to handle import/export operations, customs declarations, and bill of lading releases for sea and air freight. You will coordinate with carriers, record charges and support local order processes, ensuring accurate system data.

The role requires an Associate degree or higher and at least 1 year in international ocean freight forwarding, with fluent Spanish and conversational English.

Formación

• Associate diploma or higher in International Trade, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in international ocean freight forwarding.
• Familiar with local import/export procedures and customs declaration in Mexico.
• Eligible to work in Mexico without restrictions; fluent Spanish with conversational English.

Responsabilidades

• Handle operations, customs declaration and bill of lading cargo release for import and export goods in Mexico.
• Be familiar with import and export workflows for sea freight, air freight, special containers and breakbulk vessels.
• Be proficient in recording receivable charges, analyzing and confirming payable charges to carriers.
• Cooperate with the customer service team to provide local order support and complete system data maintenance.
• Undertake other customer service tasks assigned by the company and supervisors.
