ABB Tlajomulco de Zuniga is seeking an Occupational Physician to deliver medical care for employees, handle emergencies, and lead safety inspections. You will maintain health records, monitor stock of medical supplies, and guide wellness campaigns while coordinating transfers when needed.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills within an onsite environment. Qualifications include a medical degree with a health or occupational health specialization, at least

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine is required, with a preferred Master in Health or Occupational Health.
  • Minimum 2 years as an Occupational Physician in industrial settings.
  • Knowledge of STPS/IMSS/SSA norms and civil protection protocols is essential.

Make it your story.Your Role: Own the ChallengeIn this position, you will be responsible for delivering medical care to employees, including handling emergencies, workplace injuries, and general health consultations. You’ll manage daily health records and productivity reports, lead safety inspections and help prevent health risks within the workplace. A key part of your role includes training staff in occupational health and safety practices, overseeing health campaigns, drills, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory health programs. You’ll also coordinate medical transfers if needed, monitor medical inventory, and guide wellness initiatives to foster a safer, healthier environment for all employees.
