ABB in Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, Jalisco, seeks an HSE professional to improve safety and environmental performance on construction projects. You will apply in‑depth HSE knowledge to manage risk and incidents in industrial warehouse environments, working onsite with construction crews.

The role emphasizes incident investigations, lessons learned, and supporting behavioral change through group‑wide programs. At least 1 year of construction experience is required.

Formación

• At least 1 year of professional experience in construction projects or building construction environments.
• Experience working with construction workers on site.
• Experience with industrial warehouse construction projects.

Responsabilidades

• Reporting HSE incidents to management and stakeholders and taking appropriate actions.
• Facilitating and guiding incident investigations to learn and mitigate risks.
• Providing feedback on lessons learned and best practices to the unit and across ABB.
