ABB in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks an R&D Senior Engineer to develop innovative electrical/electromechanical products for the ELSP (Smart Power) Business. You will lead design efforts, ensure safety and quality compliance, and support new product introduction within NAM C&I.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Power Eng or related field.
• 5+ years in design, development and manufacturing of electrical/electromechanical products.
• Knowledge of safety switches, transfer switches, ATS, panelboards, circuit breakers or similar.
• Experience with product testing, DoE, data analysis, and troubleshooting design issues.
• Familiarity with UL, IEC, IEEE standards.
• Experience with Creo and Windchill.

You will play a key role in developing innovative solutions that create value for customers and strengthen ABB's market position.This position requires a high degree of flexibility, analytical thinking, and collaboration.
