OmniOn Power in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, seeks an New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager to lead industrialization and launch of new products into manufacturing. You will own the NPI process from transfer through production ramp, ensuring on-time, quality, cost and capacity targets.

New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager is responsible for leading the successful industrialization and introduction of new products into the manufacturing plant.
This position owns the NPI process from initial product transfer through production launch and stabilization, ensuring that new products are introduced on time, at the required quality, cost, capacity, and manufacturing performance levels.
The NPI Manager leads cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Materials, Supply Chain, Test Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Finance, and Program Management to ensure that products are fully prepared for production before launch.
The position serves as the primary plant-level leader for NPI execution and is responsible for identifying and eliminating risks that could impact product launch timing, manufacturing readiness, capacity, quality, cost, or customer commitments.
This position reports to the Plant Manager and will be based in Matamoros, Tamaulipas.
