Johnson Controls is seeking a Manufacturing Launch Lead to drive readiness for new products across multiple functions in Mexico. You will ensure safe, reliable, and cost‑effective production, shaping requirements early and addressing risks before they impact customers.

You will lead an extended NPI team, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain, and deliver rapid, repeatable launches with disciplined problem solving and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Own manufacturing readiness and launch outcomes for new products.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Procurement, Quality and Supply Chain.

Responsabilidades

• Define manufacturing plan for each new product ensuring safety, quality, rate and cost.
• Set gate criteria for launch readiness and approve go/no-go decisions.
• Ensure supplier capability and material availability for prototype, validation and ramp.
• Guarantee plant readiness, processes, equipment, materials, and staffing before launch.
• Deliver first production, ramp, and stable operation against safety, quality, cost and capacity targets.
• Build an NP I operating system with standard work, visual management, and root-cause countermeasures.
