You’ll translate business requirements into actionable plant plans and coordinate across Operations, Supply Chain, NPI, Quality, Finance, and HR to ensure launch, ramp-up, and sustained production. You will manage risks, align capacity, and drive cross-functional actions to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, operations, program management or related functions.
• Advanced English/Spanish communication for interaction with international teams.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain processes.
• Experience with capacity planning, production ramp-up, NPI, and manufacturing readiness.
• Strong financial and business acumen; experience with capital projects.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary plant liaison between Manufacturing and Business Unit Leaders.
• Translate business requirements into executable plant execution plans.
• Align demand with plant capacity, resources, materials, and infrastructure.
• Lead cross-functional program meetings and mitigate delays and risks.
• Coordinate capacity planning and capital investments with finance.
• Work with NPI to ensure successful new product introductions and ramp-up.
