Molex in Mexico is seeking an NPI Manufacturing Engineer to help bring new products from concept to production. You will collaborate with Product Management, Design Engineering, Automation, Quality, and Operations to ensure readiness and successful launches.

You will drive manufacturing readiness in early NPI phases, evaluate capacity and process needs, and influence decisions with data-driven recommendations.

Formación

• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and related manufacturing activities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and capacity planning.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication within global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive manufacturing readiness during early NPI phases.
• Evaluate capacity, process requirements, and readiness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define manufacturing solutions.
• Lead discussions on feasibility, production flow, and launch execution.
• Support pilot builds and transfers into production.
• Build partnerships across engineering, quality, automation, and operations.
