Oferta confidencial in Mexicali seeks a project/program leader to drive new product introductions in the operations plant, measuring success by quality, efficiency, cost, on-time delivery, and product improvements.

You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team and secure resources to execute projects, while supporting the plant with problem solving that affects product quality and line efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years in program/project management in manufacturing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (90% fluency).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Visio and basic AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of new products in the operations plant.
• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team and secure resources for execution.
• Support operations in problem solving affecting quality, manufacturability and efficiency.
