Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations in Guadalajara, MX. You will balance day accounts, coordinate guest check-ins/outs, and ensure smooth wake-up calls and guest services.

The role requires English proficiency and a customer-centric approach, with opportunities to work across a global brand and participate in varied hospitality programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel night audit or similar role.
• Fluent in English; another language preferred.
• High school diploma or related course.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts from day shift.
• Manage front desk activity and guest check-ins/outs.
• Schedule wake-up calls and concierge activities per guest preference.
• Handle guest requests and direct issues to appropriate departments.
• Create invoices, bills and checks for vendors, employees.
• Maintain and update all role-related documentation.
• Ensure end-of-day activities are completed by all departments.
• Answer calls and inquiries about potential bookings.
