Nokia is seeking a Customer Engineer to design and implement FN/IP/Optical networks, with opportunities to cross-train on IP and Optical projects. You’ll support deployments, migrations and upgrades, while building expertise in AI automation tools to improve workflows.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, documentation, and collaborative delivery across teams, with a strong focus on reliability and security within Nokia networks.

Formación

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/Telecom is required with telecom experience.
• Certifications such as Nokia NRSII/CCIE/JNCIE are preferred.
• Experience with SDN/NETCONF/YANG and IP/MPLS is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize network architectures to meet customer needs.
• Deliver integration, migration and upgrade services for networks.
• Conduct testing, validation, and issue troubleshooting across deployments.
• Create deployment designs, documentation and progress reports.
