Nokia NI IP Customer Engineer provides professional services for design, integration, migration, upgrade and optimization of complex IP networks and mission-critical network management solutions. You will have opportunities to cross-train in Optical and Fixed Networking, and to upskill with AI automation tools to innovate workflows and speed up productivity.

You will contribute to implementation plans, testing strategies, migration procedures, and knowledge documentation, while mentoring junior

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/Telecom with 5+ years in telecom equipment design and integration.
• Certifications such as Nokia NRSII, CCIE or JNCIE preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IP routing, MPLS, VPNs, QoS and related tech.
• Experience with testing tools (Spirent/IXIA/Iperf/JDSU).
• Hands-on with Nokia products and multivendor OSS integration.

Responsabilidades

• Work across multiple technology areas with intermediate to advanced skill level.
• Create implementation plans and technical infrastructure docs.
• Follow Systems Integration delivery processes.
• Develop test strategies and cases.
• Gather requirements, analyze features, and assess feasibility.
• Contribute to migration procedures and knowledge docs.
• Mentor staff and possibly lead small projects or teams.
