Roche seeks a Sequencing Solutions Specialist to drive commercial growth and ensure technical success of the NGS portfolio. You will manage the full customer lifecycle, including pre-sales validation, onboarding, and post-sales support, while bridging business aims with laboratory operations.

Responsibilities include strategic account planning, technical demonstrations to Lab Directors, and solution design across library prep, automation, and bioinformatics.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in genomics, molecular biology, or life science instrumentation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Drive commercial growth and technical success of Roche's NGS portfolio in the region.
• Lead pre-sales technical validations, customer onboarding, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and execute account business plans with Key Account Managers.
• Provide technical specifications, workload estimates, and insights for tenders and proposals.
• Onsite onboarding, high-level training, and proactive workflow optimization.
