The role emphasizes mentoring, architectural decisions, and collaboration with product, design, scientists, and business leaders in a hybrid setup from Mexico City.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with distributed systems in cloud environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from scoping through implementation with measurable business impact.
• Delegate work to AI agents and validate production quality with audits.
• Explore and document new AI tools and reusable templates.
• Design reliable software systems covering full lifecycle and on-call.
