Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a Network Operations Analyst I to monitor and support our global network services, including offices, distribution centers, data centers, showrooms, and retail stores worldwide.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in network operations or a comparable technical role.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless networking and VPNs.
• Experience monitoring alerts and performing first-level network troubleshooting.
• Ability to document incidents and escalate when needed.
• Comfort working in a structured, follow-the-sun environment across regions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global network services, respond to alerts, and perform initial troubleshooting for incidents affecting offices, DCs, cloud, showrooms, and retail environments.
• Maintain ownership of incidents by documenting troubleshooting steps, providing updates, and following issues through resolution.
• Support installation, validation, maintenance, and lifecycle tracking of network infrastructure (switches, wireless APs, SD-WAN appliances, firewalls).
• Create and maintain accurate operational documentation, including support procedures, incident records, network changes, asset information, and knowledge articles.
• Use monitoring data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve incident triage and strengthen operational consistency.
