Zusammenfassung

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Network Operations Analyst I to join our Global Network Operations team.

You will monitor and troubleshoot the network services that support our offices, distribution centers, data centers, showrooms, and retail stores worldwide, providing daily operational support in a follow-the-sun environment. You will document incidents, maintain accurate records, and contribute to automation and AI-enabled improvements while collaborating with regional teams and service

Qualifikationen

2+ years of experience in network operations, infrastructure support, or a comparable technical role.
Strong understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching).
Experience with monitoring, incident records, and escalating issues as needed.

Aufgaben

Monitor global network services and respond to alerts across offices, distribution centers, and data centers.
Perform initial troubleshooting for incidents affecting corporate, cloud, showroom, and retail environments.
Maintain ownership of incidents through resolution with timely updates and documentation.
Support installation, validation, maintenance, and lifecycle tracking of network infrastructure (switches, APs, SD-WAN, firewalls).
Create and maintain accurate operational docs, incident records, network changes, assets, and knowledge articles.
