Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Mexico City seeks a Network Operations Analyst I to join our Global Network Operations team.

You will monitor network services, respond to alerts, and perform first-line troubleshooting to keep offices, data centers, and stores operating smoothly. You will document troubleshooting steps, escalate when needed, and help maintain infrastructure such as switches, SD-WAN appliances, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in network operations, infra support, or related role.
• Strong understanding of core networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
• Experience monitoring alerts, troubleshooting, incident records, and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global network services and respond to alerts.
• Perform initial troubleshooting for incidents affecting offices, DCs, cloud, showrooms, and stores.
• Document troubleshooting steps and maintain incident records; escalate as needed.
• Escalate issues and ensure resolution.
• Support installation, validation, and lifecycle tracking of network infra (switches, SD-WAN, firewalls).
• Maintain accurate operational docs, incident records, network changes, assets, and knowledge articles.
• Use monitoring, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve triage and consistency.
