Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a CloudOps Sr. Analyst I to provide hands-on operational support for Azure and AWS across production lifecycles. You will monitor, back up, and resolve incidents, while coordinating with networking, security, and infrastructure teams.

You will implement changes under formal change-control, create robust documentation, and pursue automation to improve reliability and efficiency in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating Azure and AWS in production.
• Responsible for monitoring, backups, incidents, and changes.
• Ability to work autonomously in a production environment.
• Strong documentation and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support production infrastructure across Azure and AWS.
• Monitor health, performance, capacity, alerts; take corrective actions.
• Own incidents from diagnosis to resolution and escalation.
• Execute changes under change-control processes with planning.
• Document procedures and support cross-team collaboration.
• Operate and troubleshoot networking components in Azure and AWS.
