Job summary

Ford Mexico seeks a tenacious N-Tier Value Stream Specialist to illuminate multi-tier value streams and mitigate disruptions in the global supply chain. You will map critical streams, analyze regional and material risks, and lead cross-functional teams to implement proactive solutions that prevent line stoppages.

You will collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, MP&L and SOT to ensure continuity of production, while leveraging digital tools like Power BI or Tableau to visualize the end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in supply chain operations, procurement, or value stream management.
• 3+ years in N-Tier mapping or sub-supplier management.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional risk mitigation projects with speed and execution.

Responsibilities

• Map multi-tier value streams for critical commodities and raw materials.
• Identify high-risk concentrations and quantify disruption risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams to qualify alternative sources or re‑shore manufacturing.
• Provide actionable intelligence to leadership to prevent line stoppages.
• Integrate N-Tier risk scoring into strategic sourcing decisions.
