Job summary

Ford of Mexico seeks a senior professional to lead supply chain risk management and protect production continuity at the GTBC in Naucalpan de Juárez, Estado de México. The role requires 7–10 years in related areas, strong data analytics, and experience with Power BI and Excel. A hybrid work setup at the corporate office is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7–10 years in supply chain, manufacturing operations, logistics, or related area.
• Experience assessing operational risks, coordinating responses, and driving issues to resolution.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills with ability to synthesize data into priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily supply chain risk management and elevate supplier risks affecting manufacturing.
• Independently evaluate situations, identify gaps, and recommend actions.
• Drive risk containment, recovery, and escalation with suppliers and internal teams.
• Collaborate across functions to protect production continuity and containment.
• Track material availability and shortages; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance risk prevention through analytics, automation, and AI tools.
• Use data visualization tools to improve risk detection and decision-making.
