Ford of Mexico is seeking a Supply Chain Risk & Resiliency Specialist to act on-site with distressed suppliers, diagnosing root causes and implementing corrective actions to protect production lines. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, and purchasing to prevent disruptions and maintain on-time delivery.
The role requires up to 100% travel to supplier locations, including weekends when needed, and strong problem-solving skills with ERP and MS Office proficiency.

As a Supply Chain Risk & Resiliency Specialist, you will serve as a trusted, on-the-ground partner to financially or operationally distressed suppliers, helping them stabilize operations before disruptions can impact vehicle production.
