Job summary

Ford Mexico is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Analyst to collaborate with Ascent and Pega tools and protect schedules across the plant.

You will drive efficiencies in current operations, reduce premium costs, and work with Manufacturing and Logistics teams to manage supplier performance and risk mitigation.

Strong communication with MP&L, Purchasing, STA, SOT, and suppliers is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Familiarity with Ford production planning and execution.
• Track record in supply chain operations (inbound/outbound, demand & supply planning, in-plant logistic ops, warehouse management).
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Bias for action to identify and solve issues.

Responsibilities

• Work with Ascent and Pega tools to support scheduling.
• Protect daily and weekly schedules and align with operating plans.
• Identify efficiencies in current operations to expand tool horizon.
• Help reduce premium costs and find cost-effective ways to support schedules.
• Report issues with solutions and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, STA, SOT, Product Development, and plants.
• Manage supplier performance and Ford supplier expectations.
