Ford of Mexico is seeking a Supply Chain Risk & Resiliency Specialist to act on-site with distressed suppliers, diagnosing root causes and implementing corrective actions to protect production lines. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, and purchasing to prevent disruptions and maintain on-time delivery.

The role requires up to 100% travel to supplier locations, including weekends when needed, and strong problem-solving skills with ERP and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing operations or supply chain management experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership or cross-functional team leadership capacity.

Responsabilités

• Partner with distressed suppliers on-site to diagnose root causes and develop corrective action plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve capacity constraints and prevent disruptions.
• Evaluate supplier production schedules, capacity, and quality metrics to flag risks to production plans.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard build schedules.
• Translate complex supplier issues into clear updates for senior leadership.
