Job summary

Coface is seeking an operational and administrative support professional to handle debt collection activities across North America from the Shared Service Center. You will perform daily claims and collection tasks, maintain records, manage cases, and support governance meetings while building strong stakeholder relationships.

The role requires 1–2 years in law, insurance, audit, or business, plus a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Risk Management, or Business and fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Risk Management, or Business.
• 1–2 years in law, insurance, audit, or business.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
• Legal knowledge in debt collection and insurance sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks in line with service standards.
• Manage sensitive debt collection cases and provide client support.
• Monitor workload and maintain accurate records.
• Escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in governance and operational meetings.
• Report key metrics and insights to improve performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements regularly.
