Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound collections calls professionally
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquent accounts
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication with customers
• Document all account interactions and updates
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA and collections regulations
