You will gather data for payroll reports, process biweekly and off-cycle payrolls, and handle inquiries while maintaining confidential records and supporting onboarding, offboarding, and audits.

Qualifikationen

• Requires 1+ years in payroll or HR administration.
• Strong bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
• Preference for US payroll experience and HRIS familiarity.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information with care.

• Gather and validate data for payroll reports for multiple companies.
• Process biweekly, special, and off-cycle payrolls.
• Review hours, changes, deductions, bonuses, and commissions.
• Enter new hires and process changes/terminations.
• Handle payroll inquiries via ticketing system.
• Maintain employee files and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and reviews.
• Prepare payroll summaries and HR reports.
• Support audits and HR projects as needed.
