Corning Incorporated in Monterrey seeks an Hire To Retire Operations Analyst to provide US payroll operational services across multiple functions, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while delivering strong support to employees and business partners.

You will collaborate within a global team, manage data from time and attendance, HR platforms, benefits, and compensation programs, and drive process standardization and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and employee

Formación

• 2+ years in US payroll operations in a large global/shared services or manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, taxation, labor regulations, and compliance.
• Experience handling high-volume payrolls with complex components.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end US payroll processes with accurate, timely delivery.
• Validate, reconcile, and analyze payroll data from multiple sources.
• Resolve discrepancies and advise on payroll inquiries, deductions, and policies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leaders while protecting confidentiality.
• Prioritize SLAs and contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement.
