Job summary

Clarios is seeking a Payroll & HR Administration professional based in Monterrey to manage payroll information, benefits processing, and employee status changes across hourly and salaried staff. You will ensure accurate data submission to authorities and internal systems, while supporting HR operations and improvements.

The role requires experience with Workday and Kronos, strong Excel skills, and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT).
• Experience with payroll processes and administration.
• Familiarity with IMSS, Infonavit, and benefits administration.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as Workday and Kronos is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter, and validate payroll inputs including overtime and bonuses.
• Process hourly hires through Workday.
• Support supervisors on overtime approvals, vacation requests, leaves, attendance.
• Coordinate termination payments and settlement checks.
• Manage payroll cards and meal voucher cards requests.
• Generate and analyze HR metrics with Power BI.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety controls.
