Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS and Chat to provide problem resolution per service standards.
• Resolves basic or tier 1 payment and account related requests using scripted responses and GUI screens, logging data in client systems.
• Escalates unresolved issues to more experienced agents or designated departments for investigation and resolution.
