KEMET de México, a global leader in capacitors, seeks a Customer Support Representative to manage orders end-to-end and drive account success. You will resolve issues, support Sales, and analyze forecasts to inform decisions.

Requirements include a 2–3 year track record in customer service, advanced English, and strong Excel skills, with a degree in business, supply chain, information systems, or related fields. This is an on-site Monterrey role with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, information systems, or related field.
• 2–3 years customer service experience.
• Advanced English.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer orders from quote to delivery and resolve issues.
• Support Sales by partnering with the Sales Team on existing and new accounts.
• Process and analyze customer forecast data weekly, reviewing trends and demand drivers.
• Conduct conference calls with the Sales Team and management to review satisfaction and account performance.
