Ppro is looking for a Customer Support Analyst in Mexico City to provide exceptional technical support to clients using our payment services. This key role requires 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role with a focus on problem-solving and client advocacy.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of payment processing, and be familiar with support ticketing systems. The position offers a hybrid work setup and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and professional development.

Formación

• 2‑3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in payments or financial technology.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Strong understanding of local payment methods.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and onboard merchants of our PSP clients for various payment methods.
• Troubleshoot client issues and open Jira tickets.
• Advise clients on billing and reconciliation issues.
