Trivelta, headquartered in Boston with Monterrey operations, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to scale our Monterrey office and support regional recruiting for our global software development organization. This role demands speed, creativity and strong coordination to meet rapid growth.

You will manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment for hosts, presenters and customer-facing roles; coordinate onboarding; maintain candidate records in Greenhouse; and collaborate with HR, operations

Formación

3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition.
Knowledge of Monterrey job boards and local recruiting channels.
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-growing environment.
Fluent English and Spanish both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end recruitment for studio-based roles and support rapid team expansion.
Screen applicants, coordinate interviews and candidate experience.
Develop sourcing strategies across boards, social media, and universities.
Coordinate onboarding sessions and onboarding logistics for large groups.
Maintain candidate records in Greenhouse and report hiring progress.
Collaborate with HR, operations, and studio management in Monterrey and the U.S.
