Formación

• Proven ability to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver great candidate experiences.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for sourcing strategies.
• Capability to provide subject matter expertise during recruitment discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Support clients in hiring specialist and niche talent.
• Develop bespoke sourcing strategies to find the best talent.
• Track progress and performance on all applicable systems.

Conocimientos

Recruitment Technology experience - ideally in Workday and LinkedIn

Sourcing Tools and Techniques Expertise - passive/proactive sourcing

Experience in the LATAM and US markets

Knowledge of the Finance, Retail, or Tech industries
