Hexaware Technologies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Monterrey to own end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles, including nurses, medical staff, and allied health professionals.

You will build pipelines, partner with managers, and drive efficient hiring processes while ensuring compliance with local regulations in Mexico. The role demands 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience and fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Source top healthcare talent through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and proactive market mapping.
• Conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights.
• Build and maintain robust healthcare talent pipelines.
• Manage offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and hiring processes with strong candidate care.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and Mexican employment regulations.
• Track recruitment activity and maintain ATS records and reporting.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced, well-connected, and highly organized TAS to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a variety of healthcare functions in Mexico. This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique challenges of healthcare hiring and has successfully recruited healthcare professionals such as nurses, medical staff, allied health professionals, healthcare support teams, and other clinical or non-clinical healthcare talent.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and onboarding
• Source top healthcare talent through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and proactive market mapping
• Conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and professional competencies
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights
• Build and maintain robust healthcare talent pipelines
• Manage offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and hiring processes with exceptional candidate care
• Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and Mexican employment regulations
• Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate ATS records and reporting

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monterrey Standard Time | On-Site

Location: Centro Cuauhtémoc in downtown Monterrey (Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla 330, Mirador, 64910 Monterrey, N.L.)

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Direct experience recruiting within the healthcare sector is required (a HUGE plus)
• Strong understanding of talent markets, hiring challenges, and workforce trends in Mexico
• Excellent interviewing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
