NOV is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Monterrey to attract and hire top talent across LATAM. You will partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience to build a high-performing team.

The role uses Oracle ATS for applicant tracking, requires at least 3 years in recruitment, and fluency in English. You will collaborate with HR, report on metrics, and stay current with industry trends to optimize our processes.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably with operations in LATAM).
• University Degree.
• Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and social media platforms, for candidate identification.
• Experience with ATS Oracle or similar recruitment software for efficient process management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
• Fluency in English for effective communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Advantageous experience in sourcing operations profiles, demonstrating industry understanding.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a track record of finding creative solutions.
• Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

• Utilize ATS Oracle to efficiently manage the recruitment process, tracking applicants, and maintaining organized records.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to tap into passive candidate pools and build a robust talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with the HR team to create an engaging candidate experience, enhancing our employer brand.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our recruitment processes.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing our strategies.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, offering guidance on recruitment, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
