Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol in Cabo San Lucas is seeking a Head Mixologist to lead the hotel’s cocktail and bar program, shaping luxurious beverage experiences aligned with the brand. You will ensure exceptional service across outlets with a focus on brand integrity and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in luxury beverage programs, and fluency in English and Spanish, plus a track record of managing costs and mentoring teams to deliver world‑class experiences.

• Experience in high-end or luxury bar operations with leadership responsibilities.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience developing elevated cocktail programs in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Advanced knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer and current beverage trends.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control and menu profitability.

On the stunning southern coast of Mexico’s Baja peninsula, experience Cabo’s Golden Corridor, ideally located between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. In the heart of all the action, the coveted community of Cabo DelSol is home to our modern hacienda‑style village, with sparkling ocean views throughout. Create magical memories as hearts beat to the rhythm of Mexican music, art and culture – embraced by the warmth of our Four Seasons “familia.” This ultra‑luxury ocean‑front resort will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 Residences, Amenities will include three restaurants, five bars, three pools, an open‑air fitness center designed by celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, Spa with ten treatment rooms and relaxation oasis, and The Clubhouse. The Clubhouse is perched above the resort with sweeping Ocean views, and it is being designed as THE place to host spectacular weddings and events for up to 250 people. Role of Head Mixologist

Is responsible for the overall leadership, development, execution, and continuous improvement of the hotel’s cocktail and bar beverage program with a focus on the hotels unique concept ofSora. This role ensures that all bar experiences consistently meet the hotel’s luxury service standards while supporting financial objectives, brand identity, and guest satisfaction. The Head Mixologist works in close collaboration with the Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Restaurants, Bar Managers, Culinary leadership, and Events teams to deliver innovative, profitable, and world‑class beverage experiences across all outlets.

Knowledge and Skills

• Minimum2years of experience in high‑end or luxury bar operations, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Spanish language.
• Proven experience developing and executing elevated cocktail programs in luxury hotels, resorts, or fine‑dining environments.
• Advanced knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and current beverage trends.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
• Exceptional mixology and beverage craftsmanship.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Guest‑centric mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, luxury service environment.
• Professional presentation and communication skills.
• Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.

Essential Functions

• Lead the hotel’s cocktail and bar program, ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Develop and maintain menus, recipes, presentation standards, and service rituals.
• Oversee bar execution with Bar Managers, ensuring operational excellence and luxury service standards.
• Manage beverage cost, inventory, waste, and menu profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop bar teams; lead ongoing technical and service training.
• Deliver elevated guest experience.
