Metso Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Sales Manager to join the Market Area Sales and Service Mexico team. You will develop and manage sales opportunities for the mining sector and coordinate customer requirements to support commercial execution.

Based mainly in Cananea, Sonora, MX, this role involves up to 50-70% travel to customer sites and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver value, drive growth, and ensure project success.

Formación

• This role requires 8+ years of experience in mining, minerals, or industrial equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage client relationships.
• Experience managing complex technical sales cycles and projects.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow the sales process for crusher upgrades and innovations, from quoting to closing and execution.
• Collaborate with Market Area Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to craft value-added, competitive solutions for clients.
• Identify and execute new business opportunities through strategic analysis of installed base and customer needs.
• Participate in on-site sales efforts to support and close strategic deals.
• Develop impactful sales tools and marketing materials that drive growth and customer engagement.
• Provide feedback to product development teams to shape future innovations.
• Ensure smooth execution of orders with clear communication, financial oversight, and problem-solving.
• Stay ahead of the market by monitoring competitor activity and supporting pricing and product strategy.
• Promote compliance with intellectual property regulations and company policies.
