Metso in Mexico is seeking a Sales Manager to join the Market Area Sales and Service Mexico team. You will develop and manage sales opportunities, coordinate customer requirements, and support commercial execution for mining projects.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager, North and be based in Cananea, Sonora with substantial travel up to 50-70%. You will collaborate with Market Area Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to craft competitive solutions, maintain strong client

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in mining, minerals, or industrial equipment sales.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles from opportunity to closing.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites (up to 50-70%).
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow the sales process for crusher upgrades and innovations, from quoting to closing and execution.
• Collaborate with Market Area Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to craft value-added, competitive solutions.
• Identify and execute new business opportunities through strategic analysis of installed base and customer needs.
• Participate in on-site sales efforts to support and close strategic deals.
• Develop impactful sales tools and marketing materials that drive growth and customer engagement.
• Provide feedback to product development teams to shape future innovations.
• Ensure smooth execution of orders with clear communication, financial oversight, and problem-solving.
• Stay ahead of the market by monitoring competitor activity and supporting pricing and product strategy.
• Promote compliance with intellectual property regulations and company policies.
