Metso seeks a Technical Sales Support, Mill Lining to support the Market Area Sales and Service Mexico team. You will provide technical and commercial support to customers, through a deep understanding of products, software and application areas, reporting to the NCA Regional Business Support Manager.

This position is mainly located in the central and southern regions of Mexico, with up to 50-70% travel to customer sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mining Engineering (or equivalent).
• 2–3 years in technical sales support for mining equipment.
• Understanding of grinding mills and mill lining systems.
• Familiarity with wear materials and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• English language skills an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Account Managers with technical input for sales cases.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend mill-lining solutions.
• Maintain and share mill performance data and supplier info.
• Review proposals including technical solution and pricing.
• Generate RFQs in Salesforce for simple cases.
• Follow up proposals with cover letters and terms.
• Collect and share pricing intelligence; request discounts.
• Validate orders for accuracy and terms compliance.
• Coordinate with Product Support for complex cases.
• Share feedback to improve processes and tools.
