Tata Consultancy Services seeks a Microsoft 365 SME to lead administration, security, and adoption of Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise. Hybrid work with relocation to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, attending office at least 3 days per week.

The role collaborates with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID to optimize reliability and security. Proactive incident management and stakeholder engagement are essential for success.

Formación

• Microsoft 365 admin and security expertise required.
• Experience with Exchange Online and Teams governance.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint/OneDrive administration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 services.
• Administer Exchange Online, mail flows, and retention policies.
• Configure Teams policies, meetings, and collaboration settings.
• Manage SharePoint Online and OneDrive governance and permissions.
• Oversee Entra ID / Azure AD lifecycle and access controls.
• Develop automation scripts to improve provisioning and reporting.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor support teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver collaboration requirements.
