Takeda Mexico City’s Innovation Capability Center seeks an experienced Manager to lead governance, reliability, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365. You will oversee Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, driving automation, security, and policy compliance.
This role partners with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams and mentors a growing team. You will manage tenant-wide changes, vendor relationships, and service quality while fostering a culture of ownership and
Formación
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, or Engineering.
- 8+ years supporting enterprise collaboration platforms.
- 3+ years leading technical operations or platform engineering teams.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365 suite and governance controls.
- Strong identity, security, compliance, and ITIL knowledge.
Responsabilidades
- Lead operational support and service delivery for Microsoft 365 platforms.
- Ensure platform availability, performance and governance.
- Manage maintenance, upgrades, and technical debt reduction.
- Lead major incident response and service restoration.
- Mentor Microsoft 365 engineers and platform specialists.
- Collaborate with security, compliance and infrastructure teams.
