Takeda is seeking a Senior Analyst for Microsoft 365 Platform Engineering in Mexico City. You will deliver, configure, support, and continuously improve collaboration and productivity platforms within Takeda's digital workplace portfolio.

You will design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 services, drive automation, and ensure platform alignment with business requirements and enterprise standards. The role emphasizes governance, security, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

+5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
Knowledge of platform administration, configuration management, and operational support.
Experience with automation tools, scripting, and workflow development.

Responsabilidades

Design, configure, implement, and support Microsoft 365 platform services and capabilities.
Monitor platform health, service performance, and adoption metrics.
Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, and related technologies.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to improve platform capabilities.
