Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Microsoft 365 SME to lead the administration, optimization, security, and adoption of Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise. The candidate will collaborate with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Entra ID.

Work modality is Hybrid; candidates must be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey and attend the office at least 3 days per week.

Formación

• Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator certification is required.
• Microsoft 365 Messaging Administrator certification is required.
• ITIL Foundation certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 tenant services.
• Ensure security, availability, and performance of Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Manage licensing, subscriptions, and service provisioning.
• Lead platform upgrades, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
• Monitor service health and proactively address risks and issues.
• Administer Exchange Online and hybrid messaging environments.
• Configure and manage Teams governance, policies, and collaboration settings.
• Administer SharePoint Online and OneDrive environments.
• Manage Identity & Access with Entra ID and MFA controls.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and reporting.
