Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist Sr. to administer and optimize enterprise M365 environments. The role requires hands-on ownership of SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Teams, with focus on governance, security, and automation.

Candidates must be located or willing to relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, and attend the office at least two days per week. Strong English and PowerShell scripting are essential.

Formación

Advanced English required (interviews in English).
5+ years of Microsoft 365 admin experience in enterprise environments.
Expert in SharePoint Online and Admin Center.
Expert in Exchange Online and Admin Center.
Expert in Microsoft Teams and Teams Admin Center.
Strong PowerShell scripting for M365 administration.
Solid understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID.
Experience troubleshooting hybrid on-prem AD/Exchange.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services with hands-on ownership.
Manage SharePoint Online Admin Center (sites, permissions, governance, storage, sharing).
Oversee Exchange Online Admin Center (mailboxes, rules, retention, hybrid).
Admin Teams Center (policies, voice, meetings, apps, integrations).
Design and maintain M365 configurations aligned with standards.
Manage tenant-wide settings, licensing, and capacity planning.
Act as escalation point for complex incidents and RCA.
Engage Microsoft Premier/Unified Support as needed.
