Takeda is seeking a Senior Analyst for Microsoft 365 Platform Engineering in Mexico City. You will deliver, configure, and enhance collaboration and productivity platforms within Takeda's digital workplace portfolio, focusing on automation, operations, and user experience.

You will independently manage platform initiatives, design and support 365 services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with enterprise standards. hybrid work model with in-office days will apply.

Formación

• 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 technologies (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
• Experience with automation tools and scripting.
• Understanding of Agile, SDLC, DevOps and ITSM concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, implement, and support Microsoft 365 platform services.
• Manage platform initiatives, operations, and governance.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and related technologies.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and adoption metrics.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and service requests.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to improve capabilities.
• Support testing, release management, and documentation activities.
