Bosch Mobility Aftermarket in Mexico City is seeking a Marketing Lead to own the Go-to-Market strategy for the Mexican Independent Aftermarket and drive growth and profitability of existing and new portfolios.

You will lead a team of product marketing professionals and collaborate across Regions, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, Business Development, Legal and Finance to win market share; you will own promotional planning, communication and pricing aligned with global and North

Formación

• Commercial area bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in business/marketing.
• 3–7 years of experience in trade marketing and team management.
• English proficiency required to operate in an international context.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Go-to-Market strategy for the Mexican Independent Aftermarket.
• Manage a team of product marketing professionals and collaborate cross-functionally with Regional Business Units, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, Business Development, Legal and Finance & Controlling.
• Oversee promotional planning, communication and pricing aligned with global and North American strategy.
